Conference Registration

Full meeting registration includes admission to all sessions (Thursday, April 23 through Saturday, April 25), exhibits, poster sessions and social events (Daily Refreshment Breaks, Welcome Reception, Closing Social Event) and meeting materials including the final Conference Program and proceedings. Clinical Teaching Day is an additional fee.

Participation in the 2015 ICED is limited to registered delegates.

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only.  Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee.  AED cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment.  Caution: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card.  Send your registration using only one method of payment.


Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to AED headquarters by March 17, 2015.  AED will charge a $75 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at AED headquarters by March 17, 2015.  AED will not issue refunds for cancellations received after March 17.  Delegates may make substitutions at any time.  Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.

To reflect the international nature of our organization’s mission and membership, AED uses tiered registration fees based on World Bank country income categories. Our tiered fees are designed to recognize the disparate economic conditions affecting nations around the globe and to help enable eating disorders professionals, carers, and advocates from middle- and lower-income nations to attend the ICED conference.
