Download and complete this registration form and bring it with you to Austin.

Pre-registration for the 2012 ICED closed on April 12, however, you may still register onsite. As of April 13, all sessions are still open. Additional registration will be accepted on Wednesday, May 2. Visit the Registration Desk located in the Governor's Ballroom Pre-Function area on the 4th Floor of the Hilton Austin:

General Information

Participation in the ICED is limited to registered delegates. Your full registration includes:
• Admission to all sessions (Thursday, May 3, through Saturday, May 5), excluding Clinical Teaching Day (an additional fee is required for these workshops)
• Access to all exhibits
• Entry to poster sessions
• Opening reception on Thursday, May 3
• Daily refreshment breaks
• Closing social event on Saturday, May 5
• Conference Program


Student Volunteers

The AED needs student volunteers to assist with the meeting. We anticipate receiving more requests for student volunteer positions than we will be able to accommodate. To provide reduced registration to those in most need, students who do not receive scholarships to attend the ICED will be given priority for student volunteer positions.

Due to overwhelming interest in the Student Volunteer program, we are no longer accepting applications for the 2012 ICED. Thank you to all who applied.


Payment Confirmation

Attendees who include an email address on their registration form will receive an email confirmation/receipt within 24 hours of registering online. Allow up to five business days if registered by mail or fax. If an email address is not provided, registrants will receive a confirmation in the mail within 14 business days.

Register by Fax

Submit the registration form and fax to the AED at +1-847-480-9282, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Include your VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express number and expiration date. Registrations cannot be processed without full payment.

Mail the completed registration form with payment to:

Invoice Requests

For a $40 US processing fee, the AED will issue an invoice for unpaid meeting registration fees. Please note, in order to qualify for the early registration discount, full payment must be received or postmarked by March 21, 2012. All other payments must be received or postmarked by April 12, 2012.
