Participation in the 2014 ICED is limited to registered delegates. Your full registration includes:

• Admission to all sessions (Thursday, March 27 through Saturday, March 29), excluding Clinical Teaching Day (an additional fee is required for these workshops)
• Access to all exhibits
• Entry to all three poster and paper sessions
• Welcome reception on Thursday, March 27
• Daily refreshment breaks
• Closing social event on Saturday, March 29

Payment Instructions

Registrations must include payment by credit card, check (drawn on U.S. funds from a U.S. bank) or bank transfer of funds in USD only. Wire Transfers within North America will incur a $30 USD fee and wire transfers outside of North America will incur a $45 USD fee. The AED cannot accept registrations by telephone and will not accept registrations without full payment. NOTE: If you submit your registration form more than once, it may result in a duplicate charge to your credit card.  Send your registration using only one method of payment.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your registration, you must submit notice in writing to AED headquarters by February 12, 2014. AED will charge a $75 USD cancellation fee for written cancellations that arrive at AED headquarters by February 12, 2014. The AED will not issue refunds for cancellations received after February 12. Delegates may make substitutions at any time. Substitutions must be in writing and must be of the same membership status.
