Types of Registration:
- AED Members - The AED member price for all registration options is significantly lower than non-member pricing, including additional discounted pricing for student and post-bac members, and members from lower economic countries as determined by the World Bank. Pricing for your individual member status and pricing zone is shown during the registration process.
- Non-Members - Registration pricing for non-AED members is significantly higher than member pricing plus the cost of an introductory or student membership. Join AED today to get the lower rate!
- Ambassador Program - Have five (5) people register for ICED and note that you referred them during their registration process and your ICED registration is free! Note: Sessions and options requiring an additional fee are not included in your free Ambassador Registration.
Cancellation & Substitution Policy:
AED recognizes that life is full of surprises and that a small number of registered attendees may need to cancel their registration. Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing to ICED2019@aedweb.org. Cancellation notifications received prior to February 15, 2019 will be refunded, less a $75 USD/$45 USD/$10 USD fee, depending on the World Bank Zone in which the registration was received.
No refunds will be provided after February 15, 2019.
Substitutions are allowed at any time, but must be submitted in writing to ICED2019@aedweb.org.
