    Postdoctoral Psychology Fellowship in DBT and Eating Disorders

     

    Center for Evidence Based Treatment – Ohio (CEBTOhio) and Lupkin Psychology PLLC are welcoming applications for a unique post-doctoral psychology fellowship to begin in Fall 2022!  We are looking for candidates who are passionate about delivering evidence-based interventions while working in an environment that emphasizes training and collegial support.  Fellows will receive supervision to qualify them for licensure in New York and Ohio (a PSYPACT state). 

     

    CEBTOhio and Lupkin Psychology specialize in the treatment of complex comorbid eating disorders and DBT.  The postdoc will receive in-depth training in adherent DBT with adults and adolescents as well as training in FBT, CBT and the Unified Protocol.  The fellow will participate in all modalities of comprehensive DBT including individual therapy, skills group, phone coaching, and weekly consultation team.  CEBTOhio is physically located in Shaker Heights, OH and Lupkin Psychology is located in New York, NY.  Therapy is conducted both in-person and via telehealth in both locations and the fellow may be physically located in either location.

    • Amy Kalasunas, LPCC-S, NCC, DBT-LBC – Director of DBT Training and Services, CEBTOhio
    • Dean Malec, PhD – Director of Trainees, CEBTOhio

     

    In order to attain competence with a variety of evidence-based treatments and professional psychology tasks, we strongly recommend applicants complete a 2-year fellowship with us; however, we will consider accepting individuals for a 1-year fellowship.  The fellow will receive a competitive salary plus benefits.  All applicants must have completed dissertation and APA/CPA accredited internship prior to start date.  Prior experience providing CBT/DBT to adults, adolescents and/or families as well as prior experience treating eating disorders is preferred but not required.
