Dear colleagues,
I hope this finds you well! My name is Danielle Polland, and in addition to my therapy practice, I am a clinical psychology doctoral student at Adelphi University, under the supervision of Dr. Chris Muran. I am writing to invite you to participate in a study evaluating eating disorder providers' lived experience and use of recovery self-disclosure, and its impact on the therapeutic relationship.
I would greatly appreciate if you would be willing to complete this brief, anonymous online survey to help us gain a greater understanding of what the field looks like now in these respects. Your participation will hopefully help us better understand our community of providers today and inform our future colleagues and work. You are highly encouraged to share this survey with other colleagues.
Participants who complete this survey will be eligible to be entered into a raffle for a chance to win one of five $50 Amazon gift cards.
Participation in this study includes completing a brief (5-10 minute) anonymous survey.
You are eligible to participate if you are:
• A licensed provider in the United States above the age of 18
• Have treated at least one patient with a diagnosable eating disorder in the past year
