Please consider taking this short (about 5 minutes) survey so we can capture information about vital work in the outpatient treatment of eating disorders, especially work related to educating and assisting health care providers who may not be literate about eating disorders.
The purpose of the survey is to gain information about work often performed in the outpatient treatment setting for eating disorders, especially work done that is not compensated for or that is unrecognized. Frequently allied health professionals participate in this type of work.
