We hope this email finds you well! We are reaching out to invite you to participate in our research study, "Clinical Experience in Conducting Empirically Supported Treatments for Eating Disorders."
This study aims to provide an avenue for practicing psychotherapists to describe their clinical experiences (positives and challenges) using empirically supported treatments (ESTs) for eating disorders so as to create a "two-way bridge" between clinicians and researchers. Specifically, we are interested in hearing from clinicians who currently use or have used, cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and family-based therapy (FBT) in the treatment of eating disorders. Your responses and information gathered in the study will be used to provide future areas of development for intervention research in eating disorder populations.
