PURPOSE: Researchers at the University of Alberta, CANADA are using an online survey to collect data on sleep-related thoughts and behaviours in women with eating disorders. Results will be used to inform the development of a behaviourally-based sleep-intervention for individuals suffering from poor sleep and eating disorder symptoms. We invite you to share this survey with your clients/patients who you believe may be good candidates and interested in participating in this study.
SEEKING: Individuals who may be eligible to participate must be (1) currently experiencing eating disorder symptoms and sleep disturbance, (2) female, (3) aged 18-50 years old, and (4) not pregnant.
PARTICIPATION: Includes (1) Screening: 3-5 minutes to complete, (2) Survey: 30-40 minutes to complete but a person can take as long as they wish, and (3) Draw Entry: chance to enter a draw for one of five pre-paid $50 VISA cards.
