How much does registration cost?
Registration varies in price depending on your location. Follow this link to access a list of prices by zone as defined by the World Bank as of July 2016.
I don't want to register online. Can I register onsite?
Onsite registration will be allowed at this year's conference. If you wish to register onsite, please do so at the registration desk.
How can I sponsor or exhibit at ICED 2017?
A prospectus for ICED 2017 can be downloaded here. Deadline for inclusion in the Final Program is March 15, 2017.

Where do I get my Certificate Of Attendance?
Certificate of Attendance is available on request from the Information Desk.
Do I need an Admission Badge?
Admission badges are required at all times during the conference and can be picked up at the registration desk.
Can AED accommodate my disability?
The Academy for Eating Disorders is committed to provide reasonable accommodations for disabled ICED attendees. Please notify the Academy in the event that a reasonable accommodation is needed at admin@aedweb.org by May 31, 2017.
Can I take photos or record the sessions?
Yes, you may take photos during the meeting, but participants cannot live-stream sessions or presentations..
What if I have to cancel and am unable to attend after I register?
Cancellation Policy: Notification of cancellation must be submitted in writing. Cancellations received by May 15, 2017, will be refunded, minus a $75 USD cancellation fee. Cancellations will be honored but money will not be refunded after May 15, 2017.
