I’m a registered Occupational Therapist, Psychotherapist based in Toronto, Ontario. I’ve trained and taken courses in both the UK and Canada, from the University of Leeds Beckett and the University of Oxford to the SickKids Learning Institute (University of Toronto) and Compass Mental Health (BC Children’s Hospital).
I’ve been an advocate, speaker, fundraiser, non-profit board member, magazine publisher and mentor in the eating disorder field since 1999.
I currently run a private practice for those struggling with eating difficulties and body image concerns.
