What is included?

8'x10' area, which includes one table, two chairs and one identification sign
Exhibitors select their booth location in the order in which they sign-up (sponsors have priority selection)
Exhibitors will be included on the ICED 2024 website (see below!), program guide and mobile app

Move-Out: Saturday, March 16, 2024 3:00pm-5:00pm

Thursday, March 14, 2024: 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM

(*Exhibit Hall is open during the Welcome Reception)

Friday, March 15, 2024: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Saturday, March 15,2024: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
