Become an ICED 2025 Exhibitor!

Booth: $3,500 

Non-Profit Booth: $3,000

What is included?

• Two complimentary ICED registrations
• 8'x10' area, which includes one 6’W x 30”H draped table, two chairs and one identification sign
• Back wall and side rail drape
• Exhibitors select their booth location in the order in which they sign-up (sponsors have priority selection)
• Exhibitors will be included on the ICED 2025 website (see below!), onsite signage and mobile app
• AED has the right to refuse a sponsor/exhibitor

Exhibitor Set-Up & Break-Down Schedule

Move-In:  Wednesday, May 28, 2025  9:00am-1:00pm 

Move-Out:  Friday,  May 30, 2025   3:00pm-6:00pm
