Akron Children's Hospital is continuing our recruitment of a postdoctoral fellowship position. We have an opening for our fellowship within our Eating Disorders Program. Akron Children's Hospital's is an APPIC member institution and has been providing individualized postdoctoral training in psychology for the past 15 years. We currently have 24 psychologists on faculty who offer supervision and training across 17 different medical subspecialties and interdisciplinary programs.
Individuals in the Eating Disorders Program will work alongside 3 psychologists who provide outpatient assessment and therapy as well as inpatient consultation services on the multidisciplinary eating disorders team. Additionally, fellows can customize their training year by choosing from a variety of rotations based on their interests and/or career goals. We are proud to be able to offer training in a variety of subspecialty rotations, and we continue to add options to the following list year-to-year.
