This study is being conducted by Equip Health
| The goal of this study is to create a short series of questions that doctors can use in their medical appointments with pediatric patients to screen for an eating disorder. This will increase early identification and improve treatment access. Parents/caregivers of children ages 6-12 with an eating disorder are welcome to join. Participants will complete a single online survey taking about 20-minutes. After completing the survey, participants will get a $25 electronic Amazon gift card for their time.
