Eating Disorders Post-Doctoral Fellowship Available FALL 2022 in Bellevue, WA
Cadence Child & Adolescent Therapy (cadencechat.com), an evidence-based child and adolescent practice clinic in Bellevue, WA, is seeking experienced Post-Doctoral Fellows with interest in building their clinical skills in the areas of eating disorders treatment and co-morbid disorders, including anxiety and mood disorders. Training will focus on developing skills in the areas of Family-Based Treatment (FBT), CBT-Enhanced and DBT. Cadence was one of the first Linehan Board of Certification Certified DBT Programs. In addition, specialized training is offered in our anxiety treatment program. This fellowship is an ideal fit if you want to:

In addition to learning and providing Family Based Treatment for eating disorders (FBT), Post-Doctoral Fellows will have the opportunity to learn and practice a wide range of evidence-based treatments including Comprehensive DBT, Behavioral Activation for depression, Prolonged Exposure for trauma, exposure-based treatments for anxiety, and Behavioral Parent Training. Eating disorders training with be combined with clinical training in our Anxiety Program and/or our DBT program. Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (PhD or PsyD) should be complete by start of fellowship. Preferred applicants will have a background in eating disorders treatment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a willingness to learn and develop mastery in evidence-based treatments.
