The Body Image Special Interest Group is a multidisciplinary association of academic and health care professionals with both interest and expertise in the prevention and treatment of body image disturbance. 

OUR Goals

• Educate clinicians, researchers, & the public about the role of body image in the development/maintenance of disordered eating
• Promote utilization of evidence-based body image treatment & eating disorder prevention
• Provide a forum to discuss topics related to body image
• Promote resource sharing among international professionals
• Increase body image & prevention-related content at the ICED
• Foster research collaboration among members
